Yoga and Dance Teachers
Shanna Tani has delighted in headstand and lotus pose since childhood. Discovery of yoga as a college athlete and advanced training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco taught her such poses practiced mindfully improve strength, flexibility, focus and self-awareness. Teaching with care and kindness, she encourages students to nurture themselves in their practice.
Kelly Criglow has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She is a graduate of Portland Yoga Arts Advanced studies and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Kelly presents the Yoga for Core strength class to help students develop a strong foundation for their everyday lives as well as their yoga practices. She's eager to help you find the strength within and bring that vitality to your muscles, bones and joints.

Autumn Edmonds has been teaching classical ballet in the Portland area for over 15 years. She delights in teaching students of all ages the beautiful art of ballet.
Andrea Thompson’s Ecstatic Dance events: are solely for People of Color. Many of us have been feeling the intensity of these hard times, and this is our chance to gather together and use the dance floor as our outlet, sanctuary, and playground. No matter what your level of dance experience, know that you are welcome! Allow your body to flow with the music as it takes you on a free-form journey of self-expression, healing, and bliss without fear of judgment or expectations.
Kali enjoys teaching dynamic yoga classes that incorporate more than just asanas (physical poses). In a typical class, you might learn a new breath exercise, meditation technique, a sanskrit phrase, or a good yoga joke. Kali's experience as a nationally touring musician, performing for a wide diversity of audiences, has also made it possible for her to quickly read a group of people and know what is needed to create a safe, supported and positive atmosphere.
Tara Sawyer started dancing at the age of 38, and believes it’s never too late to learn to do something that you love. She was a member of The Soul Dance Company where she trained and performed for three years. She is also the Executive Director of Pea Pod Family Resource Center, and has worked with children directly since 2015. Tara teaches Creative Dance and Movement to 4th-6th graders.
